Chalet Letizia, Stella Alpina - Premana
The Stella Alpina apartment is located on the second floor of the Chalet Letizia - Mountain and Relax, a historic rural building in Premana, finely and completely renovated in 2024.
The location of the Chalet is convenient for easily reaching both essential services and numerous mountain excursions of varying difficulty; being in the historic center, it can only be reached on foot in a few minutes from the nearest parking spaces.
The accommodation, new, welcoming and functional, has a large kitchen equipped with induction hob, microwave and dishwasher, living area with French sofa bed and wooden floor, TV and access to a private balcony with mountain view, bathroom with window and shower and bright and large mezzanine with double bed and French bed. On the mezzanine, in wood and stone finishes, there is a wardrobe with safe. The accommodation accommodates a maximum of 6 people and guarantees a comfortable and exclusive stay in our mountains.
CHALET LETIZIA EXCLUSIVE: the chalet offers guests of both apartments a shared relaxation area with heated outdoor whirlpool, outdoor sauna, Turkish bath on the ground floor, garden with outdoor furniture.
The hydromassage has a wonderful view of the mountains and offers an experience of absolute relaxation, ideal after a day in the mountains. The area is available at fixed times or by reservation.
The chalet offers WiFi connection, also ideal for smart working. It is available all year round!

The Genziana apartment is located on the first floor of the Chalet Letizia - Mountain and Relax, a historic rural building in Premana, finely and completely renovated in 2024.

Bellavista Attic - Premana
On the fourth floor of a house in the upper part of Premana, the Mansarda Bellavista enjoys a wonderful view of the mountains that surround the town. The apartment has been recently renovated and tastefully furnished, giving it a touch of modernity and respecting the mountain atmosphere: the furniture is made of wood and the floor is covered with parquet that makes the space even more familiar and warm.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and has a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. It is very bright thanks to the presence of a skylight. The living area is open space with the kitchen and consists of a comfortable sofa bed, TV, coffee table and display cabinet. From here you access the balcony, furnished with a coffee table and two chairs to enjoy the sun and fresh mountain air. The Mansarda Bellavista has two bedrooms, one double with wardrobe, window and TV and one with a bunk bed, wardrobe, window and desk.
The bathroom has been recently renovated and has a large shower, bidet, wall radiator, washing machine and window. On the ground floor of the house there is a garage reserved for guests. The house does not have a lift and we will be happy to help you with your luggage. The heating is independent and at the guest's discretion. WiFi connection is guaranteed.

Orsola House - Premana
Casa Orsola is a welcoming nest in the historic center of Premana. It is surprising to walk down two ancient and steep staircases and find yourself wrapped in a warm and familiar environment, recently modernized by optimizing the spaces and favoring the use of wood and ancient tools as furniture. Casa Orsola is composed of a small kitchen well equipped with stove, oven, fridge and freezer and a comfortable corner sofa with TV.
It has two bedrooms, one double with a large wardrobe and one with two single beds and a desk. The bathroom has a shower and a window. There is no balcony. On the ground floor there is a room available for bicycle storage. The charming feature of the accommodation is precisely the historical context in which it is located: being in the center of the town, it can only be reached on foot; this allows you to fully immerse yourself in the daily life of the town.
A stone's throw from the apartment, there is the restaurant-pizzeria La Peppa, with traditional cuisine. Casa Orsola is ideal both as a base for summer excursions in the upper Valvarrone, and as a warm and quiet refuge for winter holidays, when the town becomes magical with the snow and the smell of smoking fireplaces in the streets of the historic center.

Belvedere Apartment - Narro
The Belvedere Apartment is a functional and familiar solution in Casargo, Narro district. It is located in the same building as the Trattoria Pizzeria Belvedere, an excellent reference point for a lunch or dinner in company and cheerfulness, with a view of the Valsassina and Grigna.
The accommodation is in the attic and is located on the third floor without a lift and enjoys a unique view of the valley. It has a kitchen equipped with oven, kettle, fridge and freezer, living area with TV, double sofa bed and panoramic window, spacious double bedroom and renovated bathroom with shower. The balcony is missing.
At the entrance of the apartment there is an ideal space for storing up to two bicycles.
From the accommodation you can easily reach numerous itineraries in Alta Valsassina and Muggiasca, with unparalleled views of our mountains and the wonderful Lake Como. We mention, in particular, Alpe Paglio and Pian delle Betulle, Alpe Giumello and Valvarrone. Lake Como is only 30 minutes by car from Narro. In about 40 minutes, instead, you can reach the Piste dei Piani di Bobbio. The village, in addition to the Trattoria Pizzeria, has a small grocery store and a newsagent; for other services, you need to reach Casargo, in a few minutes by car.
In the surroundings of the accommodation there are numerous public parking spaces (free and unattended) where we invite you to park.
The accommodation is ideal for couples and families who want to spend a cool stay in summer and a quiet one in winter, discovering our mountains and its itineraries. It is also recommended for cyclists, thanks to the numerous tracks in the area, both road and mountain bike.

Legnone Apartment - Valvarrone
The Legnone apartment is a comfortable, simple and welcoming accommodation located in Valvarrone, in the hamlet of Avano. It is the ideal starting point for your excursions to Mount Legnone, Legnoncino and many other peaks of Valvarrone.
Furthermore, in just 20 minutes by car you can reach Dervio and the wonderful Lake Como! A perfect accommodation for your holiday between Lake and Mountain.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a private building that on the ground floor hosts the Trattoria Legnone, where special menus are available for your lunches and dinners based on typical dishes; a comfortable and hospitable service to relax after your excursions!
It has a large hall from which you access the rooms: two bedrooms, each with a balcony (one double and one twin); new and equipped kitchen with TV and sofa bed (1 place); bathroom with tub with shower, bidet and window; a closet with washing machine.
The road to reach the accommodation is typical of the mountains, generally narrow and with many curves.
