Appartamento Preda – Premana

The Preda apartment is located in Premana, in the lower part of the village: a მშვიდ and scenic area, with plenty of public parking nearby and essential services and hiking trails easily reachable on foot.

The apartment is on the first floor, and the building is equipped with an elevator. It features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, and induction hob, connected to the living room with a TV and wood-burning fireplace, from which you can access the terrace. The outdoor space is very large, sunny, private, and furnished with a table, chairs, and awnings for your outdoor meals.

The two bedrooms—one double and one with a bunk bed and desk—both overlook the same terrace. Both rooms offer ample wardrobe space. The bathroom is very spacious and includes a shower. There is also a laundry room with a sink and washing machine.

The apartment is ideal both for seasonal summer rentals and for annual, tourist, or temporary stays, thanks to its independent methane heating system. Pets are not allowed.
