The Stella Alpina apartment is located on the second floor of Chalet Letizia – Mountain and Relax, a historic rural building in Premana that was completely and tastefully renovated in 2024.

The chalet is conveniently located for easy access to essential services and numerous mountain excursions of varying difficulty. As it is located in the historic center, it can only be reached on foot in a few minutes from the nearest parking spaces.

The accommodation is new, cozy, and functional, with a large kitchen equipped with an induction hob, microwave, and dishwasher, a living area with a French sofa bed and wooden flooring, a TV, and access to a private balcony with mountain views, a bathroom with a window and shower, and a bright and spacious loft with a double bed and French bed. The loft, made of wood and stone finishes, has a wardrobe with a safe. The accommodation can sleep up to 6 people and guarantees a comfortable and exclusive stay in our mountains. EXCLUSIVE TO CHALET LETIZIA: the chalet offers guests of both apartments a shared relaxation area with heated outdoor hot tub, outdoor sauna, Turkish bath on the ground floor, and garden with outdoor furniture.

The hot tub enjoys a wonderful view of the mountains and offers an experience of absolute relaxation, ideal after a day in the mountains. The area is available at set times or by reservation.

The chalet offers WiFi connection, also ideal for remote working. It is available all year round!
