Mansarda Bellavista – Premana

On the fourth floor of a building in the upper part of Premana, Mansarda Bellavista enjoys a wonderful view of the mountains surrounding the village. The apartment has been recently renovated and tastefully furnished, giving it a modern touch while respecting the mountain atmosphere: the furniture is made of wood and the floor is covered with parquet, making the space even more familiar and warm.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and has a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. It is very bright thanks to the presence of a skylight. The living area is open plan with the kitchen and consists of a comfortable sofa bed, TV, coffee table, and display cabinet. From here, you can access the balcony, furnished with a small table and two chairs to enjoy the sun and fresh mountain air. The Mansarda Bellavista has two bedrooms, one double with a wardrobe, window, and TV, and one with bunk beds, a wardrobe, window, and desk.

The bathroom has been recently renovated and has a large shower, bidet, wall-mounted radiator, washing machine, and window. On the ground floor of the house, there is a garage reserved for guests. The house does not have an elevator, but we will be happy to help you with your luggage. The heating is independent and can be adjusted to suit the guest’s preferences. WiFi connection is guaranteed.
